Senior Business Incident Manager 
Location – Radbrooke Hall, Cheshire
Salary - Competitive, plus generous benefits including 30 days’ annual leave, up to 20% pension contribution and bonus incentive scheme.

That’s why our centralised Cheshire Business Incident Management team work around the clock to keep things ticking over. So with such responsibility it’s no wonder they’re trebling in size and looking for an experienced Senior Business Incident Manager to take the lead. 
 
Fired up and ready to tackle new challenges, you’ll manage incidents and crises at all levels of severity in this high profile position. This will include maintaining operational effectiveness by ensuring your team’s work is in line with accepted policies, practices and procedures. Plus your strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies will see you pioneering new methods of system control which will ultimately shape the industry’s future. Last but not least, as the expert on business incident management, you’ll inspire and mentor your juniors.  
 
A background supporting mission critical business services, preferably within the financial industries, is crucial. And as such you’ll be familiar with IT disciplines ranging from Service and Operations and Risk Information to Quality Frameworks.
 
Your people skills will be as important as your operational nous, as you’ll be collaborating with key senior figures from day one. This role will really put your experience to the test so you must be able to keep a cool head under pressure.
