That’s why our centralised Cheshire Business Incident Management team work around the clock to keep things ticking over.  As our global business continues to grow, so do they - in fact, they’re tripling in size and looking for an experienced Business Problem Manager to keep them ahead.
 
In this high-profile role, you’ll take responsibility for the ownership, and continuous improvements of our Knowledge Management System. This is your opportunity to make a mark on the industry. And as you combine your sharp investigative skills with a sound understanding of problem management, you’ll analyse trends and causes for business interruptions. Supporting the wider group you’ll undertake a series of reactive and proactive problem management activities. And ensure they’re in line with policies, process and operational procedures. 
 
Extensive experience of managing problem responses from root cause analysis to post problem review (preferably in retail banking or financial service) is crucial. Or you may have delivered solutions for another global, multi platform, technology focused organisation. You’ll also be a natural communicator and able to keep a cool head under pressure.
