Stephenson Resilience launches new version of ‘Business Resilience Intelligence Tool’
Stephenson Resilience has launched the latest version of its Business Resilience Intelligence Tool, a web-based tool which organizations can use to measure and compare their resilience.
Organizations can sometimes find it hard to invest in resilience because of the difficulty of identifying their level of resilience, and demonstrating progress or success. The tool has been designed to solve these problems by providing resilience scores, establishing a baseline of data, and enabling repeat measurement to track changes in resilience over time.
Developed through the Resilient Organisations Research Programme at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, the tool provides a new way of looking at organizational resilience based on real quantitative measurement.
You can get a preview of the Business Resilience Intelligence Tool with a mini version that is available here.
This release represents the second version of the tool; the first was developed through three years of research and testing in New Zealand. It is simple to use and can be configured to compare resilience between different locations, departments, functions etc. and so provides a wealth of resilience data and intelligence for organizations. The tool provides excellent value, and those who recognise the possibilities of real measurable resilience intelligence, can take advantage of a full customised analysis and results report which:
* Provides a quantitative snapshot of your organization’s resilience
* Identifies your resilience strengths and weaknesses
* Enables you to see how resilience varies across your organization
* Investigates your organization’s crisis memory – have lessons really been learnt from past crises?
* Provides you with real resilience intelligence that can feed into decisions about how to improve your resilience
